Questions are welcome
Describe the roof in a few lines, and an independent roofing contractor comes out to look at it, then prices the work for you in writing.
What we collect
The form gives us your name, phone number, email address, street and ZIP code, plus your note about the roof. We also note which page it came from and when. If you phone, our records may show your number and the time of the call.
How your details are used
We use them to reply to you, to set up a visit by an independent roofing contractor and to follow up afterward. The roofer is given only what is needed to reach you and find the house: name, phone, address and your description of the roof.
Your phone number and email stay with us and the roofer. They are not sold, and no advertiser receives them. We pass no mobile number or text consent to outside parties for their marketing.
Texts and how to stop them
You get texts only if you tick the opt-in box on the form, and they concern your request. Message frequency varies, and carrier message and data rates may apply. Texting STOP ends them, and texting HELP gets you help. The box is optional; you can phone us for a visit instead.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We hold request details only while they are needed to handle your request and keep a record, then delete them. To see, fix or delete anything we hold, phone (315) 640-3590 and say which. We will confirm when it is done.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses basic analytics to see which pages people read. The analytics do not hold your name or phone number. You can block them in your browser without losing any part of the site.
