Describe the roof and ask for a roofer's visit
Send a name, a phone number and a line about what you see, or call (315) 640-3590. We arrange a visit from an independent roofing contractor, who looks at the roof and writes an estimate for the work they would do. Nothing you send commits you to anything.
What we do
Describe the roof in a few lines, and an independent roofing contractor comes out to look at it, then prices the work for you in writing.
What we promise while you decide
- No charge from us, whether you book or not.
- The roofer's price comes to you on paper first.
- You may ask for a repair price beside the replacement one.
- Credit terms are spelled out on our Terms page.
Workmanship and contract terms belong to the roofer you hire.

Quick questions before you write
Do I have to book anything after I send the form?
No. Sending it asks for a roofer's visit and an estimate. You decide what to do with the estimate, and you can say no without owing us anything.
Is this a call to the roofer?
No. You are reaching Roof Replacement Syracuse, which helps you decide and arranges the visit. The roofer who comes is an independent contractor and writes their own estimate.
Can I ask for a repair price instead of a full roof?
Yes, and you should. Say so in the form or on the phone, and ask the roofer to price the repair next to the replacement so you can compare the two.

What helps us most
Say when you notice the problem. A stain that shows only during a thaw points somewhere different from one that shows in every rain, and the roofer comes better prepared if you tell us which it is.
If you can, photograph the eave and any shingles on the ground from the yard. Keep your feet off the roof. A photo taken from a window or the yard is plenty to start with.
What happens after you send it
You will get a text or a call to set a time. The visit is from an independent roofer, not from us, and the estimate is theirs. Hold it up against the questions in the contractor-checks guide before you agree to anything.
For any estimate
Three questions for any roofer
- 1
Does your price include tear-off to the deck?
A yes means every old layer goes. A no, or silence, means ask what they plan to do with the old layers.
- 2
What happens at the eave?
The answer should name an ice barrier and a drip edge.
- 3
Which name is on the workers' comp record?
You can search the state's public record yourself.
